WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

These are some of my favorite home equipment because they're affordable and dosen't require much space;

* Dumbbells and kettlebells; I would recommend the adjustable ones, to save space.

*Bosu Balance trainer; it not only helps with stability and balance, it can also be used as

a stretching tool to intensify a workout.

*Jumprope; great for cardio and developing the leg muscles.

*Resistance bands; a set contains everything needed to tone and build muscle.

*Exercise ball; great for activating glutes, thighs and core, can be used along with resistance bands and ankle weights to enhance any exercise movement.

*Ab wheels and trainers: helps to sculpt the muscles in your abs, back, arms and shoulders, all in one move.

*Yoga mats; versatile and useful in all kinds of workout; stretching, ab workout and cusion for push-ups etc..

*Foam roller; used after exercise it can ease post-workout muscle pain and reduce delayed-onset muscle soreness.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

I try to make your exercise convenient, accessible and exciting.  I can come to your home; office; apartment/community gym; remote or your favorite park.  Being busy or physically unable to go to the gym, should not keep you from living the healhtiest life possible.
